McCall had been building a new collection entitled "All American" which she intended to publish in the late summer of 2022. However, these plans have been postponed due to injuries sustained in a recent car accident (March 25, 2022). She has been steadily recovering and working hard to get back to her normal way of life to continue her art.

About the ArtistMcCall Greenlee is a multi-media artist from the beautiful state of Tennessee, currently residing just outside of Chattanooga. Her love of the visual arts flows from her love of the outdoors, wildlife, and most notably the American West. She is inspired by Frederic Remington's rugged depictions of the American west in his cowboy drawings and paintings. Her passion is creating artwork that invokes a timeless sense of pride and admiration for the American West.
In May 2021, McCall graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bob Jones University. She began her education in 2017 majoring in Studio Art. Throughout her years at Bob Jones University, McCall has developed both passion and skill in drawing, painting, and sculpting. In April of 2021, McCall completed her first full body of artwork for exhibition titled "We All Wanted to be Cowboys." Her exhibition series centers around a western theme depicting western landscapes, cattle herding, and broncos. Since graduation, McCall has been working hard as an entrepreneur doing various commissions, teaching private art lessons, and building her "Greenlee Gallery" business. With the desire to work professionally, McCall and her husband established "Greenlee Gallery" in 2019. Her goal is to continue her expression of timeless themes like "We All Wanted to be Cowboys" with more collections of artwork centered around the American West. McCall joined Cowgirl Artists of America as a founding member in May 2022 and American Women Artists in July 2022. |
About the CraftsmanIn 2019, Michael Greenlee began woodturning from an inherited wood Lathe from his Grandfather. He started with rolling pins and candle holders and now enjoys turning bowls and other hollow forms. Since, he has expanded to other crafts such as carpentry, building furniture, wood carving, wooden bookmaking, frame making, and various commission work.
Michael enjoys making each item special to it's owner. Curiosity and excellence are at the heart of every project. Though not a master craftsman, Michael strives to bring out the natural beauty of each piece of wood. "The artistry of woodworking is not inserting something into the wood but pulling out it's hidden treasures for all to see." His drive for excellence is derived from his faith and modeled after God's own creative work. Now, Michael & McCall Greenlee combine artistry with hearty craftsmanship to create eye catching home goods to last a lifetime. |
